Y cut applications for inner corners Original LÖWE 4.104/Y
Insert the seal, allowing it to extend beyond the frame.
Position the cutter flush with the stop element on the frame and position the seal straight on the anvil.
The next cut makes in a notch in the seal and a double relief cut on the rear seal lip.
The 90° notch and double cut on the rear lip allow the seal to be fitted correctly into the frame’s inner corner at a right angle.
The profile can then be easily inserted into the corner without being stretched or compressed.
This lets you install sealing profiles efficiently and continuously in inner corners.
