The German Design Council's "The Major German Brands" series has been showcasing outstanding  brands since 2013. Under a new motto every year, companies are presented and their brand success stories told on huge colour screens. Prominent celebrities from the worlds of politics and business also reflect on the importance of brands and design from a variety of perspectives. In this year's competition, dubbed "connect.collaborate.continue.”, the German Design Council focuses on collaborative approaches to transformation. Industries pave the way for successful brand growth.
