Liability for content

Pursuant to § 7, Paragraph1 of the German Telemedia Act, as a service-provider we are responsible for our own content in these pages in accordance with the general legislation. However, under §§ 8 to 10 of the German Telemedia Act, as a service-provider we are not obliged to monitor third party information which is transmitted or stored, or to search for circumstances which indicate unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove information or block its use under general legislation remain unaffected by the foregoing. However, liability in this respect only becomes possible from the point in time at which a specific infringement of the law becomes known. If we become aware of pertinent infringements of the law we will remove this content without delay.

Liability for links

Our website contains links to external third party websites; we have no influence on the content of these sites. We also cannot therefore accept any guarantee in respect of this third party content. The provider or operator of the linked sites is always responsible for their content. The linked sites were examined for possible infringements of the law at the time the links were installed. No unlawful content was identified at the time the links were created. However, without concrete evidence of an infringement of the law permanent monitoring of the linked sites is unreasonable. If we become aware of infringements of the law we will remove links of this nature without delay.

The content and creations on these page compiled by the site operator are subject to German copyright law. The copying, editing, distribution and every kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the relevant author or creator. Downloads and copies of these pages are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. The copyrights of third parties are respected in so far as the content of this site was not created by the operator. In particular, third party content is marked as such. However, please let us know if a breach of copyright should come to your attention. If we become aware of infringements of the law we will remove content of this nature without delay.
