What you bring to the table:

• Completed apprenticeship in metal processing, e.g., as a machining technician, industrial mechanic, CNC milling operator, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience

Your key responsibilities and opportunities:

• Setting up the CNC milling machine
• Conventional grinding (flat + cylindrical) and drilling
• Conventional turning
• Maintenance of tools and fixtures
• Assembly and disassembly of subassemblies
• Production of prototypes, individual parts, and small series
• Optimization and new construction of tools and fixtures
• Machine maintenance
• Development into a (deputy) department head, including personnel management
